Monthly Tuesday Talk

Emily’s poetry is rich in imagery expressing her affinity with landscape and the elements, and even Wuthering Heights has been described as an extended poem celebrating nature. Join us for this talk exploring Emily’s relationship with this source of inspiration – which, whether representing for her the joy of silence and solitude, or an ecstatic delight in creation – sustained her life and work.

The talk will be delivered twice, at 11:30am and 2.00pm.
Free with admission to the Museum.
