Our Research Facilities
Anyone can use the Parsonage Library but to view original materials you must provide an academic reference in advance of your visit (see full regulations in the downloads menu, left). Click here for our online research application form, or apply in writing, explaining what you would like to use, roughly how long you think you will need to study, including your email and/or telephone number to: Sarah Laycock, The Library, Brontë Parsonage Museum, Church Street, Haworth, BD22 8DR. You will receive a reply as soon as is possible to discuss times for your visit. Please note that the library is open Wednesday - Friday.
We also run an enquiries service (email here), and try to answer enquiries as soon as possible, but please be patient if your particular query takes longer to research.
