Due to the size of the Museum and in the interests of other visitors, group leaders may not conduct guided tours. Assistants are on hand, however, to answer any questions. Large parties may be split into smaller groups of 10-15 for comfort. To tour the Museum takes around an hour.
Visitors are provided with free guide leaflets on arrival. To print off or view a copy in English, click on the downloads menu (right). Guide leaflets are also available at the Museum in Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish
Toilets are situated near the exit of the car park adjacent to the Museum.
Disabled access to the Museum is limited depending on the individual's mobility. To discuss specific requirements contact the Museum or visit Access.

Options available to groups include:
Talks and Walks We offer introductory talks, slide presentations and guided walks to groups, to enhance the Museum visit. Discover the fascinating history of the Brontës' lives and their Parsonage home, or step back in time to explore Haworth’s remarkable churchyard and the village’s Main Street as the Brontës would have known it in the early nineteenth century. You might want to use our award-winning education service and take a workshop and course, which are available for all ages, and can be tailored to the requirements of individual groups. See Educational Workshops for further information.
After visiting the Museum you can walk on the awe-inspiring moors, stroll down Main Street, with its array of shops and tearooms or climb aboard the steam train at the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway for a ride into the Yorkshire Countryside.
Groups over 10 must pre-book, as the Museum’s ground floor is small. Email here, or phone Sonia Boocock on 01535 642323, Monday to Friday.
