Celebration to mark the Anniversary of Emily's Birthday 30th July 1818

 Sunday 27th July from 6.00 – 8.00 pm at the Brontë Parsonage Museum, Haworth

Join us for a celebration to the mark the Anniversary of Emily's Birthday on 30th July 1818. The evening will include piano playing, a talk and close-up viewing of some of Emily's possessions and readings from Emily's poetry, Diary Papers and "Wuthering Heights".

Music on the Brontës’ cabinet piano, played by Maya Irgalina, in Patrick Brontë’s Study

“Emily’s Treasures” – a talk and close-up viewing of some of Emily’s possessions, with Ann Dinsdale, Collections Manager, in the Library

Readings from Emily’s poetry, Diary Papers, and “Wuthering Heights”, presented by Alexandra Lesley, in the historic Parsonage rooms

There will also be Canapés, Celebration Cake and Sparkling Wine
