Talks, workshops, trails and more

Throughout the holidays, we will present short talks, a Brontë mystery trail and 'hands-on history' sessions. There will be the chance to meet some of the characters known to Charlotte, including Tabby the loyal servant and even John Brown, Branwell's drinking buddy! Join us to discover their take on the unlikely genius living in their midst ...

Meeting Charlotte Talks
Every Tuesday, 11am & 3pm (26th July-30th August inclusive)
200 years after Charlotte Brontë's birth, her writing is still amongst the most popular and widely read in the English language. Join us for this short introductory talk and find out a little about what helped to shape this wonderful writer, and why her novels are still so popular two centuries after her birth.

Wild Wednesdays
Every Wednesday in the summer holidays we will be offering our drop-in art and craft sessions. There will be something different every week, from making personalised stationery, to crafting your own pocket Brontë!
