Experience a unique audio drama created for the Bronte Parsonage.

Carrie has made a huge mistake and has run away to Haworth. She needs to wrap herself in the stories that entranced her as a girl and, of course, to talk things through with Charlotte. But Charlotte has her own opinion about what Carrie has done and she isn’t in a forgiving mood.

To experience this audio drama, purchase it from the cash desk for £3, then collect your personal audio player and headphones at any time during your visit.

The audio experience lasts for 20 minutes and takes place in the Churchyard.

It is suitable for ages 14+

A returnable deposit is required for the equipment.

I visited the museum today and listened to this audio experience. I didn't understand. Was the second voice talking to Carrie meant to be Charlotte? If so I am suprised as I don't think she would have spoken in that way and used some of the language that she did. My understanding is that Charlotte was softly spoken and considered, polite and respectful.
