Haworth is the place to be as we mark the two hundredth anniversary of the birth of Emily Brontë with a spectacular four-day weekend of events. We are thrilled to welcome an array of special guests including Lily Cole, The Unthanks, Patience Agbabi and Kate Mosse to help us celebrate the 200th birthday of one of the most unique and imaginative writers in literature.

All events will take place in Haworth – keep an eye on our website for exciting developments as they unfold! Intending to celebrate Friday-Monday? We’re offering a limited number of weekend passes to gain entry to events marked with this stamp: £50/£40 concessions and Brontë Society members (£20 for 16-25 year-olds). Venue
All events over the birthday weekend will take place in a specially constructed marquee in Parson's Field behind the Brontë Parsonage Museum, except for the premier of Lily Cole's new film, Balls, which will take place at the West Lane Baptist Centre. Parson's Field can be accessed by a gate to the right hand side of the Brontë Parsonage Shop, towards the footpath to the moors.
