Parsonage Unwrapped: The Press and the Brontës
Every member of the Brontë family was an avid reader of newspapers and magazines. The 19th-century press brought the world into the windswept Parsonage - shaping the Brontës' opinions and feeding their ambitions. Join Editor Sharon Wright to mark the 100th edition of the Brontë Society Gazette by exploring items in the Collection that reveal the key role of journalism in the writers' lives.
Join us from 5pm for a complimentary drink. The event will then start at 5:30pm.
If the event is cancelled, we’ll contact you. We reserve the right to make changes to our programme. All information is correct at the time of booking.
