Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

During our annual 'closed period', as we redisplay our exhibitions and carry out vital maintenance and conservation work, the Brontë Parsonage Museum closes to the public from 2-31 January inclusive. The Parsonage Shop will be open 10am -4.30pm on weekends and 10am -3.30pm weekdays, with the exception of 6 and 7 January, when we are closed for stocktaking. (NB Due to staff training, the shop will not open until 1.00pm on Friday 24 January and will also be closed all day on Thursday 30 January.)

If you're in Haworth at this time, and would like a taster of the work we do and the lives of the remarkable Brontë family, we are running thirty-minute illustrated talks in our education space at 2pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from Wednesday 8 January. Following your talk, you'll have the opportunity to enter the Parsonage garden - usually closed throughout January - to take any pictures you might like. There is no need to pre-book - simply come along to the shop just before 2pm and one of our team will greet you.

Talks take place at 2pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only, starting Wednesday 8 January. Entry to talk £3.50 per person, children free.
