A very special weekend escape

A very special weekend escape

Join calligrapher Phylecia Sutherland for a perfectly planned weekend escape at Weavers Guesthouse in Haworth. As part of your weekend itinerary, you’ll join Phylecia for a beginners calligraphy and lettering workshop, tread the moors like a true Brontë with our optional moorland walk, and the piece-de-resistance: an utterly unique opportunity to view handwritten Brontë manuscripts and treasures up close in our research library.

The ticket price includes two nights’ accommodation at the four-star Weavers Guesthouse, food and drink, workshop materials and Museum admission. The weekend is designed for novice calligraphers and absolute beginners, so no experience is necessary.

Tickets start from £272 depending on room type. Please telephone the Museum on 01535 640192 or email lauren.livesey@bronte.org.uk for more information. Full itinerary and cancellation policy can be found below.
Full payment to be taken at time of booking. Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, a cancellation charge may apply. If you cancel more than 8 weeks prior to the course, you will receive 100% of your payment back; 6-8 weeks prior you will receive 75% of the cost of your place; 4-6 weeks prior you will receive 50% of the cost of your place; 1-4 weeks prior you will receive 25% of the cost of the your place.
