Kickstarting the Brontë Festival of Women’s Writing is an event that will take you on a journey through time, as we explore women who have written about nature through the ages.
 
We’ll joined by Katharine Norbury, editor of the ‘Women on Nature’ anthology and writer of ‘The Fish Ladder’, Monika Radojevic, poet and author of ‘Teeth in the Back of My Neck’, Claire O’Callaghan, Victorian Literature scholar and Emily Brontë expert, and bestselling author of 'I Belong Here', Anita Sethi.

The panel will delve into the importance of nature in literature and poetry, and how the landscape inspires creative writing, with specific focus on Emily Brontë.

This event will take place at West Lane Baptist Church, Haworth, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD22 8EN.
