Start your day bright with a yoga and poetry workshop with Emma Conally-Barklem. In this 50 minute outdoor session, Emma will guide us through a mindful practice to relax the body and still the mind. Emma will combine gentle yoga with readings from her new collection 'The Ridings'. This session is suitable for all levels of mobility and can be taken seated or on the floor.

This event will take place at the Festival Hub in Parson's Field at the Brontë Parsonage Museum.
