Join artist Venessa Scott for a mindful drawing workshop with our fungi friends. Venessa will guide you through a mindful drawing exercise finding the patterns and shapes of the mushroom. We will draw out the beauty of this familiar veg and explore the abstract creations in 90 minutes of wellbeing.
Venessa Scott, known as Vee, is a prolific public artist from the North of England. Recognised widely for her contribution to the arts and cultural sector in the North, her vibrant and joyful pattern-based murals can be seen on walls, buildings and floors across the UK.
This event will take place at the Brontë Event Space.

The Brontë Festival of Women’s Writing champions female creativity and celebrates the legacy of the UK’s most famous literary sisters – the Brontës. Every year in Haworth, West Yorkshire, former home of the Brontë family, the Brontë Parsonage Museum produces a weekend of events, talks and workshops that seek to inspire, entertain and intrigue visitors from across the world.
