This is a past event.

An online poetry workshop inspired by Emily Brontë.

Join Bradford poet Nabeela Ahmed for a poetry workshop rooted in all things wild... linked to our weekend of celebrations for Emily Brontë’s birthday.

Nabeela
will help you craft poetry inspired by the theme of nature in Emily's work and the wild characters in the Brontë novels. Drawing on her own multi-lingual writing practice, Nabeela will encourage you to incorporate different languages and dialects in your poems.

We're delighted to welcome Nabeela back to the Brontë Parsonage Museum, following her popular workshop for the
Brontë Festival of Women’s Writing last year.
Date: Thursday 25 July, 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Tickets: £5

Places are limited, so early booking is advised. Please book in advance via this webpage or by calling 01535 640192.

This event will take place online on Zoom. Alternatively, book the in-person version of this event (on July 27) here.
