We’ll be taking over the beautiful meadow behind the Brontë Parsonage Museum for a day of fun, free activities for all ages. Become a Junior Vegetable Nannie, create bird and butterfly-inspired kites and artworks, and have a go at our meadow trail and outdoor games.

We also have drop-in storytelling and songs for little ones, a live theatre show at 11am and 1pm, and look out for our stilt walkers, Bob the Butterfly and Gerry the Gerbera.

Feel free to bring a picnic to enjoy in Parson’s Field!

All activities are drop in any time between 10am and 3pm. The theatre show is on at 11am and 1pm. No need to book.

'SCRUMPTIOUS!' is a delightful new story set in a sweet shop in a northern town. At the story's heart is a giant, flip-book tree that changes with the seasons and a rainbow bird that brings mystery and friendship.

Performances: 11am and 1pm
