October Half-term Activities
Head to the Museum this half-term for hands-on, family activities! Put your detective’s thinking cap on for an autumnal museum trail (and talking of hats, you can try on a few Victorian ones in our dressing up area), then drop in at one of our crafty workshops – spooks and ghouls welcome! Visit our website for the latest information.
Wednesday 29 October, 11am-3pm
Wild Wednesday!
Our popular Wednesday workshops are a great opportunity to sit down for a while with a local artist and make something Brontë-inspired to take home with you. Perfect for children but all ages welcome!
Thursday 30 October, 11am-3pm
Busy Like the Brontës!
The Brontës sketched, painted, embroidered and loved to create amazing tiny books to tell imaginary stories as children. Join us to have a go at a range of activities inspired by Brontë busy-ness.
Remember, your ticket is valid for 12 months, so feel free to drop into our workshops every school holiday!
We kindly ask that you do not bring dogs or other pets to our in-person events unless stated otherwise (if you'd like to bring your service dog to an event, please let us know).
