Contemplating Hope: The Final Vessel

Commissioned by the Brontë Parsonage Museum in 2021, artist Layla Khoo created Contemplating Hope, an installation inspired by the diary papers of Emily and Anne Brontë. Layla created a ceramic vessel for each month of the year, which Museum visitors filled with their current reflections and future hopes.

5 years on we'll be smashing the final vessel and Layla will be sharing her reflections on the project.
